Commutative justice is about you and someone else's stuff. Beneficence is another term for the second of the three kinds of justice, which is called distributive justice. This is about making a becoming distribution or use of what is your own. So here we have positive and negative. It's not that it's just positive, but it's in this realm of becoming, which is aesthetic.
