I would love to hear a specific example. Take the go your own way as an example. So I have this outstanding individual on my team who was just so good at what she did. She had been doing it for many years by the time that we started to work together. And then you can start to see that you have this really competent person who's sort of starting to hit their ceiling. It turns out I am the ceiling and the team we're on is the ceiling, right? Because yeah, like my seniority limits her from growing any further.
