In 2009, whilst filming the Martin Scorsese thriller, Bringing Out the Dead, he was stalked by a mime artist. He told Parade Magazine in 2009 that it would fall into the stalker category more or less. "I opened my eyes and there was a naked man wearing my leather jacket, eating a fudge sickle in front of my bed" It's not the first incident to happen to him. This is from the Daily Beast.
