Making a Good Decision With a Bad Outcome

The best decision is to make when you have anywhere between 40 and 70% of the facts. Remember that making a decision does not mean that the outcome needs to be as you expected. We need to just decouple making a decision and the final outcome. You can make a good decision with a bad outcome. Address the disagreements in your document and then communicate it. If you want to be a good product manager, you'll have to do it.
