La Paz: A Beautiful Colonial Town

La Paz is a totally amazing but crazy place. It's very gridlocked down at ground level, but it has an amazing cable car system. You can get off of one line, connect to another line, and work your way all around the city. And then you can travel along across El Alto, the city up on the plateau, which is about 12,000 feet high. Bolivia isn't a very good football team, but in general, it is well in home games because all the visiting teams struggle with altitude.
