Is This a Hoax?

My wife's first language is japanese not english they simply asked her a lot of yes and no questions initially. My yumi heaney was not yet an american citizen fell any charges spent certain deportation richard heaney had no other choice he accepted a deal to plead guilty to a felony charge of attempting to influence a public servant on november 12th 2009 as a result my yumi would be mostly spared and richard would face up to 90 days in jail why did i need to clear my name?  I've done absolutely nothing wrong to deserve this i'm being persecuted, says Richard Heaney.
