“I think part of what we want to do sometimes is we want to create something new because old is boring. Like, we like creating new things. So it's like we want to create new things within what we're doing so it grows what we are ultimately doing.”

“For me, I think my biggest motivation for growing my business I realized this a couple of years ago is not so much about the end result, but it's because when the business grows, my job changes along the like, I constantly have my my job constantly changes.”
