The Importance of Laddering in Fixed Income
I'm still not recovered from the bond debacle of 18 months ago. I thought bonds were always supposed to go up. What is the retail recommendation to participate in fixed income out to 2026? So we like extending duration either with a barbell or, say, a ladder. Laddering is fine because it takes you out of the game.
