I think we'll see them sold on a forward basis for maybe five years or 10 years out where one pays a stated discounted price up front to the purchase of all of the facilities projected PTCs during that time period. And then possibly thirdly, you might see a hybrid basis where a purchaser pays at the outset a portion of the overall projected value of the PTCs and then also commits to buy any excess PTCs above that upfront portion on a PTC basis. Probably paying those amounts in arrears,. So that was a bit of a mouthful, but we think there may be three different ways to to buy PTCs. I think it's a variation of
