How Did You Pick the Deans?

The reaction has been incredible. We did, we went through a process of almost nominating and, and discussing the deans because we see it as an essential role. The purpose of each one of these colleges is to keep, keep us at the cutting edge. They're imminent in their domains. Their role is to really envision that curriculum, envision the roadmap, envision, um, how that, uh, how that particular college is going to kind of take its learning to market.
