The Importance of Recognizing the Local Leadership
What's the best and most efficient way for these resources to be distributed? I think we've made it very clear over and over with mentioned about the need to recognize the local leadership. And what are the best avenues for this humanitarian aid and resources? Is it best provided through a mixture of direct funding to the Ghanaian government? is it to organizations, like CRS, that are operating there? Is it to communities?
