The NCF Gives Millions of Dollars to a Group in Uganda

In 2008, the NCF gave $817,000 to Ed Silvoso, an evangelical minister from California. Silvoso works directly with Julius O'Yette, the Ugandan bishop who led the charge against that nation's 2014 anti-homosexuality bill. The law permits sentences of life imprisoned for some sexual acts between consenting adults. Numerous gay people have been rendered homeless by the law since its inception.
