What Are the Juiciest Areas of Research Right Now?
I want to tell parents and the middle school high school teacher, other others who are interested in the lives of young people that there are two chapters dedicated to tweens and teens. And they were so important to me as somebody who is there already but also anticipating the road ahead. I'm really excited about mobile health research right now. There's a lot that we can learn from the signals we're getting from a child's phone or their smart watch. If you combine that with observations and perhaps some self-report data you start to get a really rich picture of what kids are experiencing when they're engaging in a particular technology experience.
