Kate: I see glazed eyes in late afternoon meetings. You really need to have a clearing tent when you set out. Not having a clear intent means you're halfway through the decision making process. Don't make decisions in a silo. If you don't have an implementation plan, it's probably not going to go well. It's just like throwing something over the fence and good luck.
