How Rust Macros Can Support Metaprogramming

In the future of programming, what we've seen from scholar three did a great job with this. How do we make metaprogramming just a core concept of the programming system? And how do we do that well in a way that supports good tooling and doesn't break things? So it has to like fit into this like much broader ecosystem.
