i'm a big believer in design thinking and iterative design. The first way we concepted our product was actually fully with no digital touch points. We were in putting at indto a google shee, and then we were actually taking the time to call the patient. This is not something that can be rolled out across a large footprint,. but it goes to show that what we were trying to do was find product market potential.
