The Rise of the Digital Nomads in the US

In terms of demand, in the US, we're seeing population moving away from the gateway cities. And they're moving towards what we call the Sun Belt region. On the commercial side, especially for smaller corporates, it's been quite hard to bring their employees back to the office. Also logistics side, obviously, with the rise of e-commerce, especially in the last few years, we see a strong demand. So that build-up of logistic network is where we see opportunity as well.
