The Effects of Mid Firm Mutation Dry Hopping on Yeast Health

In an attempt to address one of the biggest issues with mid firm mutation dry hopping at New Belgium Brewery, we ran a couple of mid firm dry hop trials. Upon harvest, initial stats showed that the yeast could be re-pitched, however, in storage the stats did drop. And they dropped below our lower spec limits for our microgroup to use it. All right. So now that we know all that, then you wanted to look at the effects on yeast health after mid firm mutationdry hopping, which we already can assume are not so great. Talk about what you did here. Yeah. We have to talk significance here because I was yelled up by sensory for not doing that.
