The Megdal, the Megdale, and Miriam

Christianity spread pretty far east because one of the quote unquote, Gnostic sects existed well into Chinese history. But we've got some really cool half Christian Chinese art from that period. So anyway, they spread east, but women weren't always literate. And so they might not have written as much as the Mediterranean folks did.
