In October, a building being constructed on canal streets spontaneously folded in on itself. It would take 10 months for the people who lost their lives to finally be recovered and return to their grieving families so they could finally lay them to rest. A tarp that was used as a cover had apparently fallen, and now citizens were coming face-to-face with a horrifying tragedy.
