Are Old Chips Versus New Chips Important?

Most of the chips that we consume today are built on older processes. But if you want to build an autonomous car at any level, you really need something close to the leading edge to do that. And so I don't totally dismiss the idea of Saudi Arabia building 180 nanometer plant, because there's utility for that.
