Short ETFs

When we're getting overheated I feel like that's usually the best time to go with an inverse ETF. SQQQ may be a popular vehicle for that that is the inverse of the NASDAQ 100. The technical picture of these shortETFs don't really tell me that they're really ready to get moving yet.
