The Case Is Extraordinary

Brad: Some of us have study committee fatigue and we don't say that there should never ever be another study committee. He says he has not heard anybody who's against this overture they're all everyone i've spoken to is vehemently in favor of the spirit of the overtures. The only hesitation that i've heard expressed are those two reasons that have already been mentioned does it rise to the level of cases extraordinary? It will be for the overtures committee to decide whether it's amended to be broader, Brad adds.
