Don't make your notes overly neat beautiful. They are a functional document. Make them quickly and save yourself plenty of time to get into the real work of training with them. Space out your retrieval practice. Test yourself on different occasions, separated by time intervals. It's the gold lock principle that we talked about back in episode 66.
