The Importance of Prayer

"I'm still doing it almost daily, probably every single day," Renavari says of the Lord's Prayer. "It's just been so helpful to have those words when maybe I don't have others", Monica adds. The festooning practice is basically using the Lord's prayer as a guide to add more of our own prayer to it. And for me, that's one of my favorite ways where a portion of it gives us an insight into what we should say daily.
