How to Insert a Speculum in a Coil

I've been offered long-term contraception by the NHS. There are two types of contraception that they offer you on the NHS. They're both the coil. Now I'm going to describe for you in my new detail the insertion process in the coil. Location is key when getting your coil inserted. And while that's happening, right? The doctor puts a thing inside me called the Speculum. It's basically a piece of equipment designed to prize the worlds of your vagina apart to give the doctor room to work in. A lot like a carot check for your puss, right? That's what it is. Why? Because it's Friday night, baby.
