Lawson: Eric ballard, the co author of our book, bring your hammer, did a masterful job in this chapter. This story that he wrote about learning to drive brought me right back to my grandfather's farm when i was like ten years old. He kind of taught me drive out there on the dirt road. And couldn't really hurt anything out in the middle of nowhere. But i remember distinctly that feeling of running in the house and feeling like, ouno, wanted to tell my grandmother or my mam, or whoever like that i just drove.
