The Importance of Acknowledging Our Part
We have to gain some perspective so that we can let go. We do need to acknowledge our part no matter how small and I mean it could be teeny tiny but the point is is that we need to acknowledges our part this might be related to whatever happened. It doesn't change for instance that they have done something to us but it is about acknowledging the hold on a second we are in this too.
