The US Is Running Out of Bullets

The US is now running out of bullets. They said it couldn't be done, but they have been proven wrong. There's only one thing in a war more foolish than to tell your enemy that you have run out of Bullets. That's is a tactical error of quite magnificent proportions. It does also come down to the problem America been operating a shoot first hold court marshals later policy. But if you're an average man in the street, how many bullets have you fired in that time?
