If you listen very well to somebody, you are better able to craft your message. The best and clearest and most inspirational speakers are the ones who know their audience. Because you cannot really touch or move some on unless you know what touches and moves them. And it's kind of like the same thing when you're going to tell a story to your grandmother versus your girl friend,. Your co worker versus your customer. You you shape your conversations always a little bit when you're talk depending on who your audience is.
