I think I'm always grateful when people shared their experiences of that time because there are still a lot of people that feel like they're not allowed to speak about it. It's almost as if as a society we're all growing up together. Right. And so there was also times where wanting to just fit in, you know, I'm calling my fellow Indians the N word. But how can you if you can't also look at your own participation in things and understanding where you felt that you were coming from? How can you begin to have a sense of forgiveness for the world as well too?"
