The Role of Strategy in Community Building
I always sort of use these three as a way of defining how to go about thinking of problems at work and things like that. Something that could be strategic is very broad it encompasses entire divisions and entire businesses. Communities almost create a flywheel effect where people are coming in building out things say for software if you have a no code local platform then yeah I mean being able to leverage that is a fantastic tool. And, absolutely let me know if you are working on different kinds of strategies and sort of frameworks that your company uses feel free to share them.
