How Do You Handle the Edge Cases?

Siffer is a self-serve email service. The company doesn't do any custom stuff for clients. Siffer has no sales team, only marketing. So we're never building anything custom for one client. We try to put as much on customer service and as little on product until it gets to that critical mass.
