I Think the Board Is Going to Evaluate His Performance as Ceo and Make a Change, but They're Not Going to Question That.

Pete rice has been considered a collaborate and smooth operator throughout his career. He's working right now for or a new deal, but he knows that stock is not going to help him. And i think the board probably wouldn't let him do some kind of trans formational deal right now givin his status. But they're not going to question a personnel move. This is something he can do to change the conversation. In his mind, he's probably being decisive.
