The Chinese Diplomat's Undiplomatic Approach to Building an International Coalition

Chinese officials are playing off what we could fairly call racist beliefs. A Chinese man in the African country of Malawi was deported from that country after he paid and filmed local children to dress up in traditional African tribal garb. He's trying to cobble together an Asian coalition against what he is branding as sort of the evil hordes abroad.
