In order to scale, you have to start by doing things that don't scale. I basically blackmailed my first clients with relationship led marketing. The UK is a great market for us because it's very easy to do business with UK based companies and also the IT culture of those companies is relatively high. We are just the right size for them. Also, we all know that companies of similar size find it easier to cooperate with each other. And they can be very loyal if you provide really good quality service.
