The Case of Gorga Tolesky v. Valparaiso Care and Rehabilitation
Karen Drexler: There's almost no dispute that Gorga Tolesky was abused. She says the issue is how and under what kind of conditions his family can file a lawsuit about that abuse. The estate of Georgie Tolefsky, who has since died, filed suit against Valparaiso Care and Rehabilitation in Indiana. He had been living at this facility for eight months when he began to suffer from dementia.
