The percentage of the S&P, as last I saw was 25% information technology. That doesn't have to end today or yesterday; this has been an issue for years. For energy to go from three to just the median, historically, maybe 10 or 12, that's a triple. The money is gradually slowly, it's a poker game. They're trying to move their chips into a different pot very slowly without giving away their hand.
