The Effects of Exercise on the Brain

When we run, the act of running or moving fast was initiated because there was a threat. But nowadays, you know, no threat being there, but us taking part in that action creates the positive environment for the braine. The brin actually gets a massive dose of oxygen, something that it craves all the time with running and with arobic activity. And that oxygen, and that creation of that environment where the brain is getting so much cerebral blood flow, in itself creates that positive mood and that runners high. So many ways, it's a beautiful thing that happens.
