And those are really the two features s that make up so much of how we interact with each other in service economies. The things we do as people, what makes us human is, yes, sure, we do most things, most of the time same way. But when we need to make a change in what we do next, a i is the last thing you want in place because it cannot predict. It cannot think like a human.
