The Free Church of Scotland: A Political Theology
In the neo-covanist tradition it's a different Belgian Confession than the larger mainline reform church in the United States. A couple of decades ago there was a really tiny group within the Free Church who started to advocate for theonomy and that was very quickly quashed by the denomination. If you're against theonomy even if you have some kind of established from principle that puts you in a position where I think you need to think quite carefully about your commitment to liberal democracy instead.
