Is Redundancy a Good Idea?
The fourteenth and fifteenth amendments were written to make sure that freed slaves were full citizens, right? And they were doing that purposely. They all have the same rights and the same protections under the law. There are some real, hefty implications to rethinking the privileges of being a citizen in this country entirely,. Like re structuring the government entirely.
