Should We Sideline Incitement to Bias?
Twitter, Google and Facebook are fighting a Supreme Court ruling on Section 230 of the Communications Act. The law allows users to post anything they want without fear of being sued for it. But in recent years there has been an increase in content that could be seen as incitement to bias or even terrorism. This case is about how far this can go with respect to inciting people to commit acts of violence against others.
