I was I was up in Indianapolis last year for Chris Parity so his mastermind to me and I jumped into a uber with Mick Hunt Mick was in the backseat. We were talking about people not even knowing who their insurance agent is but they probably know somebody in your agency that's the person that helps them when they do have an issue. When she calls our former agency she has to talk to Sarah now Sarah doesn't do service anymore she's moved on to another role she's operations but Sarah still takes the phone call for my grandma. She said he has got a girl a woman that works in his office that is so friendly and so nice to us anytime we call with a billing question
