Moose Call or a Delicado
The sound is probably familiar to a lot of percussionists out there in particular anyone who's done any hand drumming or played any Latin percussion that is a glissando played across the head of a hand drum typically known as a moose call or a delizado. So I'm not sure where Biggie is getting that sound whether it's a sample it's something that was on that herb output record which I didn't hear a moosecall anywhere on that record but it might be somewhere on it some other sample that they use.
