Can You Prescribe Oral Contraception for Acute Bleeding?
For the acute treatments, can you speak a little bit to the doses? Cause I mean, I don't prescribe oral contraception that often or most a lot of my patients are on it and I'm just refilling it for them already. So again, we're never gonna prescribe estrogen alone because then you're at risk of endometrial hyperplasia. And so you're essentially choosing between a progestin alone or a combined pill. If it's gonna be a combined pill, honestly, I think you can choose any birth control pill on the market and you'll be fine.
