Quarkis: A Long Running Process That Is JIT

A long running process that is JIT can reach much higher typical optimized performance than a ahead of time compiled application. So I think they started thinking, so there's an ahead of time compiler called Gralvium. And it now makes sense. But the requirements that it has are quite different from how you would run a Java application normally because things like reflection will give it conipsions. You have to do sort of a whole bunch of work and you have to look at your application and make some assumptions. There is a way to do this with GralVium Native and Menge, what we'll talk about.
