Elections Canada - What's Different From a Normal Campaign?
If you feel confident before september fourteenth at six p m, that's the dead line for voting. You can go and cast your ballot at that time. There are always hurdles, road blocks, big issues that pop up in an election campaign. It's rare to see a campaign end exactly the same as the polling was showing at the start of that campaign. The belts around vancouver and toronto will be key battle grounds.
