How to Be a Successful Founder
Alex Vatanka: I think it also comes down to building a safety infrastructure, like safety net for the team and for the people to be able to disagree without repercussions. You have to find your own style and figure out what your strengths are because that's how you're going to get there. He says being a founder is "one of the most intense prolonged experiences that you can possibly have as a human" But he warns founders not to become too dogmatic about their ideas.
