Kazakh President's First Visit to Paris in Seven Years?
The Kazakh president has been in Paris, which is quite something. Kasem Germank to Kive was in Moscow visiting Putin as soon as he won a presidential election earlier this month. It's seen really as a reward for Kansas-Ston's westward drift since the war started and it also comes a few weeks after Shavka Mirzioev, the Israeli newspaper president, was in Paris. So we're seeing a huge uptick in diplomatic activity by Paris towards Central Asia.
